Effective October 20, 2026. By using this site or calling our number, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
St. Cloud Excavation is a referral service that connects property owners with independent excavation and land clearing contractors. We are not a licensed contractor. We don't do excavation, land clearing, grading, septic, pool, trenching or other construction work, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Descriptions of work on this site describe what contractors in the area do, not work we perform.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, price, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Verify licenses with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and get terms in writing.
Information on this site
Prices are published ranges, not quotes. Summaries of city, county and state rules are general information, not legal or engineering advice, and may be out of date.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from this site, a referral or a contractor's work.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms.
